When tendering an animal at the airline cargo station, we provide essential services to ensure a smooth and safe process for the pet shipper. These services include:

• Documentation Assistance: Pets and Animals Transportation Service assists the pet shipper in preparing all the necessary documentation required by the airline and regulatory authorities. 
• Crate Preparation: Pets and Animals Transportation Service will provide guidance on crate assembly and preparation, including bedding, water containers, and identification tags. The shipper must ensure that the crate meets airline and international regulations according to IATA (LAR).
• Transportation Arrangements: Pets and Animals Transportation Service coordinates the logistics of transporting the animal to the airline cargo station. We will provide transportation in one of our professional vehicles, pick up the animal from the caretaker’s location, and safely transport the pet to the designated airport cargo station.
• Airport Check-In/Tender: Upon arrival at the airline cargo station,  Pets and Animals Transportation Service completes the pet’s check-in/tender. We ensure that all required documents are in order, water bowls are filled, crates are properly labeled,  crate entry points are secured with zip ties, and food is affixed to the top of the crate.  Photos will be provided via email or text after pet(s) travel documents are affixed to the top of the crate by airline cargo staff.  
• Tracking and Communication: Pets and Animals Transportation Service maintains effective communication with the pet shipper, providing updates on the animal’s tendering process status. Pets and Animals Transportation Services provide progress updates up to the animal’s successful check-in by the airline cargo staff.
